From portfolio development and audition preparation to choreography projects, showcases and industry networking, every student receives the time, attention and guidance to become a confident, versatile artist, inside and out.
Launchpro students benefit from small group focus, weekly check-ins, regular one-on-one guidance from our director and support by a faculty of renowned industry professionals with credits across the world's most prestigious stages, productions and companies. Alongside elite technical coaching, you’ll master safe dance practices, injury prevention and personalised career planning with nationally recognised qualification. By graduation, you're not just ready — you've already been seen by the right people, connected in the right circles and are confident walking into your first professional contract.
Certificate IV in Dance (CUA40120)
Each certificate is a seperate, nationally recognised qualification, under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF), developed in partnership with Empowerdance RTO 40397.
Students graduate with a nationally recognised Certificate IV in Dance, as well as advanced technical precision, performance quality, artistic versatility and business & entrpenurial skills required for higher level training through recognised dance syllabus.

CUADAN417 - Develop expertise in dance performance techniques
CUAPRF414 - Develop movement skills for performance
CUAPRF415 - Rehearse for performances
CUAWHS411 - Apply movement and behavioural principles to conditioning
BSBCRT413 - Collaborate in creative process
CUAIND412 - Provide freelance services
CUAMKG311 - Assist with marketing and promotion
CUAPPR414 - Develop self as artist

Part-time over two years during after school hours and one full Friday every week.
Classes are held during QLD school terms.
Students may also receive performance opportunities and guest workshops which may require additional time commitments.
Entry is by audition or invitation and is best suited to dancers who:
- are a minimum 16 years or older (example in Years 11 or 12 at school)
- have a minimum 4 years current dance training
- are training in a Ballet syllabus and at least one other dance style
- thrive in a focused, good work ethic environment;
- have a willingness to commit to regular attendance, assessments, and personal growth
Fees are all-inclusive and SDA College offers flexible payment options to support accessibility, including Payment plans. Some students may access VET in Schools funding through their education provider.
